The 2008 election season is in full swing, so now would be a great time to join PCRW!

Our club exists to support the election of Republican candidates, to promote an informed electorate through political education, to increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government, and to promote the principles of the Republican Party.  

Texas voters are increasingly faced with two very different visions for our future—because the visions are derived from very different values. Our Republican (and very Texan!) values support individual freedom, personal responsibility, strong families, private enterprise, low taxes, limited government, and respect for the law—including immigration laws that call for tighter border security, and honor U.S. citizenship as a privilege with rights and responsibilities. These values will shape a bright future of civility, opportunity and prosperity for every Texan.  The “other guys” undermine every one of these values, which can only undermine our future.

PCRW offers many fun ways for members to be involved, ranging from participating in candidate walks, to joining in for Get out the Vote efforts in late fall, to candidate events where you can speak with our candidates directly and ask your questions, and planning events designed to encourage the voters to vote. Or you can join and simply attend our meetings with fabulous and informative speakers.
